Yes, I accept out-of-network patients. You pay directly, and we provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your specific plan.

Yes, most insurance companies require a mental health diagnosis for out-of-network reimbursement.

We utilize a third-party agency to process payments from the valid card on file within the secure electronic health record. You can also use Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for payment.

The flat rate for an Adult ADHD Assessment (approximately 8 hours) is $1400. This includes the diagnostic interview, psychological testing, report writing, and an in-depth feedback session.
The fee for the initial Diagnostic Assessment/Intake session (up to 60 minutes) is $250.
The fee for a 53-60 minute Individual Therapy Session is $195.
Cancellation Policy

I require a minimum of 24 hours' (one day) notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and missed appointments may be charged a fee of 50% of the session cost, unless there are extenuating circumstances.

Yes, telehealth sessions are available for clients located within the state of Minnesota.
I will send you a phone.com meeting link via the secure electronic health record portal prior to your scheduled virtual session.
