How this works.

Beginning therapy or psychological testing can feel like a big step, and I aim to make the process as clear and comfortable as possible.

Step 1: 15 Minute Consultation (Free)

  • We’ll connect by phone to discuss your needs.

  • You’ll share what brings you in, and I’ll explain how I can help.

  • Together, we’ll determine if my expertise aligns with your goals.

(For therapy clients)

Step 2: Diagnostic Assessment (60 Minutes)

  • In-depth discussion of your concerns, history, and current functioning.

  • Collaborative identification of a clinical diagnosis (if using insurance).

  • Development of a personalized treatment plan with clear goals.

Step 3: Ongoing Therapy Sessions

  • Tailored to your treatment plan and progress.

  • Focus on understanding challenges, building coping strategies, and fostering growth.

  • Frequency and duration adjusted as needed (e.g., weekly, biweekly).

Finding the right therapist is a crucial first step. This includes ensuring a good personal fit and match between the psychologist’s skill set and your specific situation.

I offer a free 15-minute phone call to briefly discuss what you may be going through, if my skills match your need, and how much your care may cost (and if insurance will help).
